The smoky quartz crystal is a grounding stone known for its ability to help you move on from difficult or painful experiences. It guides you to a higher state of being, a place where you can let go of the past so that you can move on towards a brighter future.
The smoky quartz healing properties are well-suited to removing negative energy or unwanted energy. The stone cleanses and purifies your energy field and allows you to hand over the energies you want to release to your crystal – whether it’s stress, fear, anxiety, sadness, or other negative vibrations.
The fragrance is a stunning blend of Patchouli + Bergamot which we've paired with the Smoky Quartz crystal chips to maximise the energy of the candle. The earthy notes will help ground and cleanse your energy, like being on a relaxing retreat in the middle of a forrest.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (same day before 12pm AEDT) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer $15 flat rate shipping Australia wide as well as free shipping for orders over $150.

Local delivery:
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 10km of Balwyn North.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup:
At this stage we do not have a physical store where pickup is available. We do however trade at markets quite regularly, so please follow us on Instagram to keep up to date with our market schedule and we can arrange for pickup if it suits you.
How do I check the status of my order?:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@allaluna.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes:
If you require us to send your parcel to a P.O box, we will do so via AusPost.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@allaluna.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
