My name is Michael, and I am the owner and creator of Alla Luna. I remember making a list with so many potential names for the brand. It had to be something magical, and I was always drawn back to the very first one on the list (spoiler alert, it was Alla Luna)! 

Alla Luna means 'to the moon' and I love this so much as it's something I say to my partner all the time.

I've always loved crystals and the magic they possess. I've also always loved candles (who doesn't) so merging the two together was a no brainer. I spent months pairing crystals with certain fragrances to invoke a particular feeling or intention. I wanted each product that I make to have a purpose - whether that be to help you to focus on a particular task or to help you through a tough time in your life.

LOVE WHAT I DO!

I'm someone who thrives on working hard at something I love to do. I previously started my own small business selling homewares, which I was able to grow so fast and successfully during the pandemic. Unfortunately, I had to walk away due to personal reasons and this left me absolutely devastated that something I had invested a lot of time, money, love and energy into was now gone. It's taken me nearly 2 years, but I am finally back with a whole new brand that fully aligns with who I am as a person - and I couldn't be more proud.

I am also a very proud uncle, so I knew I wanted a part of my brand to be aimed at kids and imaginative play. I'm so happy with the products I was able to source from fellow local small businesses, that stays consistent with the theme of the brand with crystals and magic!
