Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide from Melbourne, VIC.
How long does shipping take?
Once we pack your order and create the shipping label with our couriers, you can expect to receive your order typically within 2-7 business days. Depending on your location (metro, rural etc) as well as factors such as seasonally busy periods like Christmas, shipping can exceed this timeframe.
How do I track my order?
Once we book your order in with our couriers, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to keep track of your order.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@allaluna.com.au so we can arrange the return with you.
How long does it take to process my return?
Depending on your bank, this can take anywhere between 2-7 business days.
General
Who makes your products?
We are a small business of just one (Hi, my name is Michael)! I make all of the candles, diffusers, room sprays and bath soaks myself. All other products such as wands and potion kits are sourced and made locally from other small businesses.
Do I burn the candle with the crystals?
Yes! The idea is to allow the crystals to infuse their magic into your candle so that when you burn it, it radiates a specific intention.
Why have the crystals disappeared?
The crystal chips are added by hand to the very top of the wax so that they are exposed when you purchase your candle. After your first burn, the wax will set and cover the crystals. Don't worry, the next time you light your candle, they will reappear!
